SISTEM INFORMASI PENGARSIPAN DOKUMEN BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA KANTOR DESA XYZ
Abstract
Conventional archive management still faces various obstacles, such as difficulty searching for documents, risk of data loss, and low efficiency in the process of storing and managing archives, so it is necessary to implement a website-based archiving information system to increase the effectiveness of archive management. This research aims to design and develop a website-based archiving information system that is able to support the process of storing, searching, managing and distributing archives more quickly, accurately and integratedly. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the stages of needs analysis, system design, application development, testing and system evaluation. The research results show that the system developed is able to simplify the archive management process through document upload features, archive classification, keyword-based searches, and managing user access rights, thereby increasing work efficiency and reducing the risk of losing archives. Based on the results of user testing and evaluation, the website-based archiving information system is considered suitable for use as a digital solution in managing organizational records, and has the potential to support a more effective, transparent and sustainable administrative transformation.
